CoStories Online Shop Privacy Policy
General
1.1 This Online Shop privacy policy is for information purposes only, which means that it does not create any obligations for Users or Customers of the Online Shop. The Privacy Policy contains, above all, the rules concerning processing of personal data by the Administrator in the Internet Shop, including the basis, purposes and scope of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information concerning the use of cookies and analytical tools in the Internet Shop. It also constitutes an information clause in accordance with Article 12 and Article 13 of the RODO Regulation.
1.2 The data controller is YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak with the registered office in Łódź, 11 Ujście Street. YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak uses the statistical number (REGON) 473026237 and tax identification number (NIP) 7281254947.
1.3 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out the actions taken by YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak with regard to personal data collected through the Shop and the services and tools connected with the Shop that are used by Clients or Users to perform actions such as creating an Account, placing an Order and performing other actions within the Shop.
Purpose of personal data processing
1.1 YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak processes personal data of Service Users for the purpose of proper performance of agreements concluded within the on-line shop through the service: www.costories.com. The legal basis for the processing of personal data included in the Customer's Account is the performance of the agreement for maintaining an Account at the cottonstories.pl online shop concluded by the Customer with YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak. Personal data included in the Customer's Account shall be processed for the term of the Account operation i.e. the term of the aforementioned agreement on maintaining an Account at the cottonstories.pl online shop. The Customer may at any time decide to delete the Account, which shall also result in deletion of his/her personal data from the database. It should be remembered that deleting an Account shall not result in deleting data concerning orders placed via the shop.
Voluntary provision by the User or Customer of their personal data such as e-mail address or telephone number is tantamount to giving consent as described in Article 172. Ust. 1 of the Journal of Laws 2018.0.1954, i.e. - Law of 16 July 2004. - Telecommunications Law as amended.
Which means that this data is needed in particular for:
a) registering an Account in the CoStories Online Store
b) placing an Order with and without logging into the Account in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation (performance of the contract) as well as Article 6(1)(c) (obligations incumbent on the Administrator) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the shop). The data shall be stored for the period necessary for the performance, termination or expiry of the contract otherwise concluded, or until the end of the period for the assertion of claims under the Civil Code;
c) use of the contact form;
d) sign up for notifications about: size delivery, news, discounts;
e) sign up for a loyalty programme;
f) newsletter service;
g) issuing invoices - Article 6 (1) (c);
h) returns and complaints;
g) direct marketing relating to the Store's own goods and activities - Article 6(1)(f) in accordance with recital 47 of the Rhodoc Regulation
1.2 Type of data processed:

PESEL ( in case of an invoice issuance)
Tax Identification Number (if invoiced to the Entrepreneur)
1.3 Providing the above-mentioned data is not a statutory requirement and the person providing it is not obliged to do so in any way, but failure to provide such data will prevent the Administrator from sending the offer or concluding the sales contract.
Sharing data with third parties
1.1 The Administrator shall make available the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected entity handling the aforementioned payments in the Internet Shop on behalf of the Administrator to the extent necessary to handle the payment made by the Customer.
1.2 The Administrator makes the personal data available to the supplier of accounting, legal and advisory services, who provides the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support (in particular, an accounting office, law firm or a debt collection firm).
1.3 The Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to the chosen supplier acting on his behalf only in the case and to the extent necessary to carry out the given purpose of data processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.4 The Administrator shall make available, pursuant to Article 28 (9) on the basis of a data processing agreement , personal data for bookkeeping purposes in connection with Article 6 (1) (c) of the RODO Regulation in conjunction with Article 74 (2) of the Accounting Act, i.e. of 30 January 2018. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 395) The data shall be stored for the period required by legal regulations ordering the Administrator to keep tax books
(until the expiry of the tax liability limitation period, unless otherwise provided for in the tax acts) or accounting (5 years, counting from the beginning of the year following the financial year to which the data refer)
1.5 The Administrator shall make personal data available to carriers, forwarders in order to provide logistic, transport and delivery services

1.4 the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a particular purpose, where the Customer or User has previously given such consent and where consent to data processing was the basis of data processing
1.5 the right to delete your data - without giving any reason. The request to delete the data will not affect the activities performed so far. Deleting your data means that your user account on the Website will be deleted, and your data will not be processed by us, unless the legal regulations applicable to the Administrator require their further processing.

Time of storing personal data
We store your personal data until you delete your account on the Website. Removal of your account may take place at your request, but also in the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, object to the processing of your personal data or request its removal.
Only the archival information on the transactions concluded by you, the storage of which is connected, for example, with the claims to which you are entitled, e.g. under warranty and also in connection with the legal regulations binding on us, will remain in our systems.
These periods are as follows:
- after the purchase we have to store this data for 6 years;
- for the purposes of protection against claims under the Civil Code for a period of 6 years from the date of the transaction with the natural person or 3 years in the case of business entities;
- for direct marketing purposes until you request the restriction of data processing

1.3 By default, most web browsers available on the market accept the storage of cookies. You can determine the conditions for the use of cookies by means of your browser settings. This means that you can, for example, partially restrict (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the storage of cookies - in the latter case, however, this may affect some of the functionality of the Online Store (for example, it may not be possible to follow the path of the Order through the Order Form due to failure to remember the Products in the shopping cart during the subsequent steps of submitting the Order).
Online profiling and tracking
YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak profiles the data of the Users of its website and tracks the movement of these Users on the website and then uses this information, among other things, for the purpose of creating so-called personalised advertising, as well as for the purpose of optimising the website in order to increase its usefulness.

Profiling of User data with the use of Google Analytics
1.1 The Administrator may use Google Analytics, Universal Analytics services provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. These services help the Administrator to analyse the traffic in the Internet Shop. The collected data is processed within the framework of the above services in an anonymised manner (this is the so-called exploitation data, which prevent identification of a person) to generate statistics helpful in administration of the Internet Shop. This data is collective and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain any identifying characteristics (personal data) of persons visiting the website of the Internet Shop. When using the above services in the Internet Shop, the Administrator collects such data as the source and medium of obtaining the visitors to the Internet Shop and the manner of their behaviour in the Internet Shop website, information on the devices and browsers from which they visit the website, IP and domain, geographical data and demographic data (age, gender) and interests.
User data profiling using Google Ads
The profiling of User data using Google Ads is carried out using the following tools: Remarketing and the Similar Audiences feature.
Both of these tools allow YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak to direct advertising messages to Users who have already visited its website or to Users similar to them, and to prepare an appropriate message for them, e.g. about products or services in which they were interested when visiting YARO-TEX Anna Rosiak's website.

Facebook plugin
1.1 The website www.cottonstories.pl contains a plugin for the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). The Facebook plugin on our website is marked with the Facebook logo. This plugin will directly connect you with our profile on the Facebook server. Facebook can then obtain the information that you have visited our site from your IP address. If you visit our site while logged into your Facebook profile, Facebook will log the information about your visit. Even if you are not logged in, Facebook is able to obtain information about your IP address.
We would like to point out that Facebook does not provide us with information on the data collected or how it is used. The purpose and scope of the data collected by Facebook are not known to us. 1.1 The Administrator may use the Facebook Pixel service on the Online Shop provided by Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). This service helps the Administrator to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and to find out what actions visitors take in the Internet shop, and to display tailored advertisements to these visitors.
