Before you order
When will my order arrive?
We usually prepare in-stock orders within 24–48 business hours once payment is confirmed. Carrier transit then takes approximately 1–2 business days in Poland or up to 5 business days internationally. Larger orders or unavailable items may require an individually agreed dispatch date.
How can I check my shipment?
We will email you when your order is prepared. You can also check the order status in your account. If your shipment status has not changed for 3 business days, email info@costories.com.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Redelivery attempts and collection deadlines depend on the carrier and service selected. Check your carrier notifications and contact us if you need help.
More fabric. More possibilities.
Planning a larger order?
For fabric rolls and larger quantities, we agree pricing and delivery individually. Explore our manufacturer Yaro-Tex’s offer.
