Making a complaint
To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. return/complaint form
Fill out the return/complaint form and enclose it with your parcel. The document should contain the following data: your name, e-mail or correspondence address, telephone number, the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.
2.Sending the product back
When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of goods
According to the law, you have 14 days to return a product. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please fill in the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Please also include all accessories received with the returned product(s) and the receipt or invoice in the package containing the statement and the returned product(s).
